FULLY BAKED FROZEN (thaw & serve)
- Remove frozen bread from case and thaw at room temperature for three hours away from direct heat.
- To defrost quickly, remove bread from bag and thaw in 250-degree oven for ten minutes.
- For firmer crust, remove thawed product from bag two hours before use.
PAR-BAKED
- Thaw par-baked product for 30 minutes.
- Rolls - Bake for 5-7 minutes in a 400-degree oven.
- Bread Loaf & Baguettes - Bake for 7-9 minutes in a 450-degree oven.

To retain freshness, store bread in freezer at all times.
To store frozen bread in the refrigerator, allow twenty-four hours to thaw. Bring to room temperature two hours before using. Product has a 3 day shelf life after refrigeration.
