The Hot Dog Safari featured well over 125,000 hot dogs as well as ice cream, pizza, buffallo wings, interactive games for kids, a live broadcast and celebrities throughout the day. The Joey Fund is an independent fund established by private individuals in November 1986 in memory of Joey O'Donnell, a courageous fighter and victim of Cystic Fibrosis. In times of extreme sickness or need, Massachusetts Cystic Fibrosis patients and their families have a unique opportunity to receive financial assistance for CF related problems. Today, Joey O'Donnell lives on through The Joey Fund, which has raised more than Two Million Dollars. These funds help children with a future obtain their goals.
