Our 8-inch Hearth Sub is one of our Piantedosi classics! One of the first sub rolls we ever made, this sandwich roll is hearty, with a hinge strong enough to hold any fillings. They are baked right on our hearth with cornmeal on the bottom to provide the perfect texture.
